These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CBTFCricStats concerning your access to and use of our analytical intelligence suite, custom query engines, and live tournament telemetry.

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, source code, database algorithms, statistical models, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics on CBTFCricStats are proprietary to CBTFCricStats.

By registering an account, you represent that all registration information submitted is truthful, accurate and current. You agree to safeguard your credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You may not use our platform for automated scraping, systematic harvesting of ball-by-ball telemetry, attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary probability models, or coordinating commercial wagering operations.

All match statistics, phase run conversions, win percentage curves, and situational historical queries are calculated strictly for educational analysis, fan exploration, and journalistic commentary.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time for maintenance, database re-indexing, or algorithm improvements without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

The platform is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. CBTFCricStats disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates our Terms of Use, attempts unauthorized API harvesting, or triggers automated security compliance flags (refer to Mockup 55B).
